Titanium Round Bar

Ti6AL4V Flat Bars offers good mechanical properties with higher creep and stress rupture characteristics than other grades. Ti6AL4V Threaded Bars are used for parts which are sporadically cooled and heated to temperatures in the range of 800 Deg F and 1600 Deg F. Ti6AL4V Hollow Bars is a columbium / tantalum stabilized austenitic chromium-nickel steel which was developed to provide an alloy with improved intergranular-corrosion resistance. Ti6AL4V Hexagonal Bars is another steel in a class of metals labeled of precipitation-hardened steels. Ti6AL4V Triangular Bars are recommended for parts fabricated by welding which cannot be subsequently annealed. Ti6AL4V Bars offers similar resistance to general, overall corrosion as the unstabilized chromium nickel type. UNS R56400 Round Bars is able to withstand higher temperatures due to its elevated carbon levels. Post-weld annealing is not normally required to restore the excellent performance of UNS R56400 Bars in a wide range of corrosive conditions.
